Bayswater Gloucester is a smart short let London home on the raised ground floor of a period terraced property. It is furnished in a contemporary style with neutral hues and quality finish throughout. High ceilings enhance the feeling of space and light.
This is a spacious living room with a huge, double volume picture window allowing in plenty of natural light. There is a large sofa and dining table and chairs for four.
The gallery study overlooks the living area and offers a desk and sofa bed. The height of this area is 1.4 metres and is not suitable for small children.
The comfortable bedroom is to the rear of the flat and offers a queen size bed, sash windows and plenty of storage. Fresh linen is provided as standard.
The corner kitchen is open-plan to the living room. It is full equipped with gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster crockery and cooking utensils.
Enjoy a smart modern bathroom with walk in shower, WC and basin. Fresh towels and starter toiletries are provided for each stay.
A communal terrace is available for residents of the building.
Bayswater Underground – on the Circle and District lines – under 10 minutes walk away – travel zone 1.
Paddington Underground and Mainline Station – on the Circle, District, Hammersmith & Fulham and Central lines – under 10 minutes walk away – travel zone 1.
Royal Oak – on the Hammersmith & City and Circle lines – under 5 minutes walk away from the flat in zone 2.
Travel to and from Heathrow Airport swiftly on the Heathrow Express from Paddington Mainline Station – it runs every 15 minutes.
Bayswater Gloucester is fully furnished and equipped with linen, towels, kitchenware and WiFi. Weekly housekeeping with linen change is included for stays of 7 nights or more.

Bayswater is a central and cosmopolitan part of London. Here you are close to Paddington Station with the popular Whiteley’s shopping centre is five minutes away. Westbourne Grove and Queensway offer a great array of shops and eateries, and Hyde Park is within walking distance. There is a Waitrose supermarket a minutes walk from this home.
The total rate for your stay will always include linen, towels, exit cleaning, utility bills and WiFi. There are no other charges unless the home is left extremely dirty or damaged.

Standard departure time is: 10.00
If we do not have people leaving the day that you arrive it may be possible to move in before 14.00, but we can not guarantee this. To ensure an early arrival please book the night before. Likewise, if you wish to stay after 10.00 am please add that day to your booking. We can accommodate late arrival without extra charges.
REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT
The damage deposit is refundable within two weeks after departure.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
You may cancel your booking forty-two nights or more before the start and receive a 50% refund of the total rate. We urge you to have travel insurance in place.
Only people listed on the booking form are permitted to stay at the property and should be 21 years of age and older. No smoking as standard in all London short term rentals. No parties and no pets please.
