Southwark Blackfriars is an elegant short let London apartment overlooking the river Thames – yes, it has the very best of London views! The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment block offering a lift, doorman, double glazing, air conditioning and allocated parking It is located on the south side of the Thames a five minute walk to Blackfriars Underground Station, and less than ten minute’s walk to St Pauls’ Cathedral.
This living room offers ample living space and maximum natural light. There is access from the living room to the balcony with fantastic views of the Thames, the City of London and St Pauls’ Cathedral.
A separate kitchen offers a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with all machines including a washer and a dishwasher.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom offers twin beds. Each bedroom has a TV plus ample storage space with built in wardrobes. Quality linen, newly laundered and pressed, is provided for each stay.
The smart marble bathroom offers a walk in power shower, WC and basin. Starter toiletries and fluffy white towels are provided as standard.
There is also a separate WC.
Blackfriars Station – a 5 minute walk – both the District and Circle Line.
Southwark Station – a 10 minute walk – Jubilee line.
Waterloo Station – 10 minute walk – National Rail main line trains and underground on Jubilee, Northern and Bakerloo lines.

Buy produce and artisan food at busy Borough Market and grab a pint in cosy pubs like the George, a 17th-century inn. This is a great area to wander and explore as there is a surprise around every corner.

The total rate for your stay will always include linen, towels, exit cleaning, utility bills and WiFi. There are no other charges unless the home is left extremely dirty or damaged.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
You may cancel your booking forty-two nights or more before the start and receive a 50% refund of the total rate. If the booking is cancelled less than forty two nights before the start of the stay no refund will be made. We urge you to have travel insurance in place.

Standard departure time is: 10.00
If we do not have people leaving the day that you arrive it may be possible to move in before 14.00, but we can not guarantee this. To ensure an early arrival please book the night before.
Only people listed on the booking form are permitted to stay at the property.
Lead guest must be 21 years or older.
No smoking as standard in all London short term rentals.
