Enjoy the vast array of restaurants, cafes, bars or pubs to be found in friendly Earl’s Court. Local shops, delicatessens and supermarkets cater for your daily supplies. Interesting neighbouring areas such as Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Kensington are quick and easy to get to from here.

This is a good area for walking around and exploring... The historic, award-winning and world famous Troubadour Cafe is a coffee house and a small music venue which has hosted up and coming talent since 1954 - including Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, Paul Simon and Elvis Costello. A must-visit for music fans. The popular Finborough Theatre is close to the Troubadour.

Earl's Court is also home to the UK's only real-life "tardis". This is a blue police box which very closely resembles the Doctor's time machine in the BBC television series Doctor Who. It is located outside Earl's Court underground station. A shrine, no doubt, for Dr Who fans, both local and foreign!

Stroll around and get to know the neighbourhood! There are many lovely garden squares to be admired, and some impressive mid Victorian architecture. Holland Park, The Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, and Kensington High Street are all a manageable walk or short bus ride away. The world class museums such as the Victoria & Albert, the Natural History and the Science Museum are close by, as are the designer shops of Knightsbridge and Chelsea.
