The talk on the town …

Great location in Camden Town, quiet but right on a lot of bus lines and the tube was right there. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice place that was comfortable and well kitted out. Great bed, shower was great, quite clean, nice small kitchen. Would really be ideal for small family of 3 or 4, plenty of space for everyone. Nice manager who was helpful. Wifi and TV and all worked great. Recommend highly!

Great location, small and cozy.

Short let London two bedroom home in Clerkenwell.

This flat is in a great location, easy access to just about anything in London. Right across the street from the train station. A lot of great food options near just up the street or just a short walk away. We really enjoyed exploring the immediate area and found some great pubs and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Marcelo P, August 2017

Great apartment. Nice and clean and up to date. Be sure to go to Olivelli restaurant across the street. Easy walk to the Big Ben/Westminster bridge area. Easy access to the Tube. The reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is the corner bar can get a bit noisy at night if you want the windows open. Even with that, I would rent this apartment again.

Kenneth K, August 2017

We had a great stay at this apartment. The pictures really reflect what the apartment looks like, it's nice, modern and very clean. It is also very well locate, close from Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, Victoria Coach Station, etc. Also, the apartment is very spacious, we had a lot of room to store our things in all the closets, which we found to be really nice. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Short let London two bedroom home in Clerkenwell.

Thank you. Wonderfull accommodation in Clerkenwell with the location ideal. Facilities in the apartment were excellent and ideal for our family of 4. Farringdon Station at front door a real PLUS!! Clerkenwell "village " was great for restaurants!! Only very minor concern with the Unit was the TV which either needed retuning or perhaps just new batteries in the remote control. Very happy for our comments to be used as a reference. We look forward to our next opportunity to have The London Agent find accommodation for us in London. Many thanks.

Our experience here was phenomenal. From the moment we booked our stay, Kim was in touch and very prompt in answering any and all questions we had about our trip. He provided vital information about the transportation system and the best way to go about using our smartphones while in London. We felt so prepared even before heading to the airport. The property itself is located on a picturesque and quaint street in Chelsea and was very easy to find. When we arrived, Kim greeted us just like we were old friends! He gave us a complete tour of the premises and made sure to show us how to work all of the gadgets and electronics. He also made suggestions on some tourist destinations off the beaten path that were worth having a look. The interior looks exactly like the photographs posted. The decor was so cozy and warm with fun little touches here and there to make for good conversation. If you look hard enough, you'll find an interesting set of coasters that gave our family quite a chuckle;) When I say that Trish and Kim thought of everything, I mean EVERYTHING. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils you could possible need to make a gourmet meal should you wish and the bathrooms were well-equipped with plenty of personal hygiene items. They even provided the best eyeglass wipes my daughters have ever used. The beds were oh-so-comfortable and very welcoming after a long day of sightseeing. Plenty of adapters and wireless charging stations were scattered throughout the premises and with two teenage daughters this was most important. Kim also did some light grocery shopping for us beforehand so we wouldn't have to run right out after arriving. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our family had an amazing time in London thanks in part to our wonderful experience. We'll be back for sure and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Kim welcomed us at the flat upon our arrival into London. He was very helpful, as he went over every function of the flat as well as gave suggestions on sights to take in while in London. He also provided us with breakfast staples, snacks, beverages and two very nice bottles of wine! The kitchen is well equipped. Kim being a self proclaimed gadget lover, has thought of everything, right down to the clock that has 4 different functions and the charging station. The living space & bedrooms are nicely decorated and the beds so comfy! The baths are equipped with heated racks for towels and radiant heaters for those cold London mornings. Most important the house was spotless. It was a pleasure to come back to after a long day of exploring London. Kim and Trish are wonderful hosts, who go above and beyond and spare no expense to make their guests as comfortable as possible! This is a quality home and added much value to our London experience. Located in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood it is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the tube. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Having stayed in numerous rental flats, I have to say that this one is perfection. The comforts and attention to detail were amazing. The location is quiet and residential but a reasonable walking distance from buses and the underground. The flat is equipped with everything from comfortable beds, plenty of towels, travel adapters, good shampoo, plastic bags, food essentials (including excellent coffee and tea) and every kitchen tool (including even a garlic press). Kim was the ultimate host, attentive and caring. We simply could not have been more comfortable and better taken care of. I would give this listing ten stars if I could.

Rona, December 2017

We had a wonderful 5-night stay in Chelsea over the Christmas holidays. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (including 2 teenage kids). It included everything you could ever need for your visit to London. We found the location to be a great. London was very busy during our visit and the apartment, just a short bus ride away from all the action, was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. We ended up taking the bus more than the tube because it was so fast, frequent and offered great views of the city. We rode the #11 the most - thanks for the tip Kim. We also easily walked to the Natural History Museum and Harrods from the apartment. Grocery stores, pubs, tube stations and shopping are all close by. I would highly recommend staying at this flat in Chelsea.

Wow! This comfortable and luxurious fully-equipped home far exceeded our high-standard expectations and we would look-forward to staying here again. Let me review based on categories: ACCURACY: Exactly like the pictures and descriptions this is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home….. And I use the word “home” because it is like walking into your own home. The interior photos and descriptions completely matched our experience –it is warmly decorated with amenities galore! The very comfy beds and sheets were high on our must-haves for our stay and were fabulous! We arrived and Kim had stocked the fridge with enough groceries to keep us going for a few days including much-appreciated bottles of red and white wine. My teenagers were happy to enjoy the provided pop, ice cream and potato chips after our long journey. I should also add there were healthy foods including apples, bananas, cucumbers, eggs, bacon … and the list goes on. I had pre-arranged with Kim our personal preferences and he exceeded our expectations. Leave the umbrellas and slippers at home because this home has it all! Even down to the headache-tablets and other personal hygiene items in the medicine cupboard…. COMMUNICATION: Kim and Trish responded almost immediately to my initial enquiry. I had many questions and their responses were prompt, polite and professional. We were in contact before to confirm our arrival time, our food preferences, and activities that may require pre-booking. During our stay at the home they were also available to provide support, restaurant, and sightseeing suggestions… even better than a hotel concierge! CLEANLINESS: The house was spotless. The pots, pans, plates and every other kitchen gadget you could need was equally spotless and worked well. The bathrooms gleamed and had fabulous rain-shower heads with great hot water and strong water pressure. LOCATION: I LOVED this location. The home on Finborough Road is one of the stucco-fronted Victorian terraced houses that is located on this picturesque and quaint street in Chelsea and was very easy to find. A 5 to 10-min walk to the West Brompton or Earl’s Court Tube stations. Or Kim has provided exact details of buses that go right past the flat and provide excellent service to the Tube stations and many other locations. Due to a small mishap we ended up at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital (excellent service!) which is a 5-minute walk away. There are many fabulous restaurants and shops we enjoyed within a 15-minute walking radius. CHECK IN: Kim welcomed us into the flat and provided a very thorough overview of all the fantastic amenities included in this home. The brief but very thorough tour of the home was just right and we were left with contact information including multiple methods of contacting Kim and Trish should we require. VALUE: We wanted a 3-bedroom rental with comfy beds in a good location and this house was all that and more. It is decorated with lots of warm comfort and charm. We looked at rentals that said they’d sleep 5 people but some would only have a seating for 2 in the living room and a single dining bench. Kim and Trish’s home has plenty of comfortable seating for guests in the living room and at the dining table. Did I mention how easy it is to pack for this trip – just bring your clothes – EVERYTHING ELSE is provided! BEYOND EXPECTATIONS: We had a small hiccup with our return home and Kim and Trish didn’t hesitate to help us out… we are so grateful for their assistance! The weather didn’t entirely co-operate for our trip so we were not able to fully appreciate the outdoor courtyard but in the summertime this would be an absolutely lovely space to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall this luxury home is constructed and furnished to a very high specification. It is fully-equipped and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for helping us have a fabulous spring break trip to London!

STOP! Book now! Everything you have read so far about Trish's place is TRUE! Kim and Trish are amazing hosts and know how to make a guest feel right at home. The flat location is a short walk to the Earls Court tube station making it extremely convenient to get around by tube. Get an Oyster card for the best rates on the tube and be sure to turn it in after your last tube ride for a refund of any remaining funds and the deposit. After a day of exploring, it was nice to come "home" to a welcoming living room to play cards and sink into comfy beds, oh and that shower head in the 2nd bedroom bathroom....Heavenly. We only used the fully appointed kitchen for breakfast and late night snacks but you could whip up anything your heart desires in there. Overall this American judge gives the flat and the hosts a 10!

Priscilla, April 2017

Short version: if this place meets your needs for size and neighborhood, BOOK IT RIGHT NOW. Otherwise someone else will take it and you'll never know what a wonderful flat you missed. Longer version: we are a family of four, with two daughters (ages 9 and 12), who stayed here for a week in April. Kim met us on our arrival (and was kind enough to work out the cleaning schedule so we could check in a bit earlier than planned). He described his and Trish’s ambition as to create an experience that incorporated some elements of a five-star hotel (e.g. toiletries provided, top-notch furnishings and such) along with the comfort of a flat (kitchen already stocked when we arrived with basics and snacks, fruit, and more). At that they succeed. If you imagine being ridiculously rich and having your own apartment in every city you visit, stocked with what you need, this is as close as you’re going to get. Short of having my clothes already hanging in the closet, there’s nothing they could have done to make us more comfortable. The location is great — 10 to 15 minute walk to Earls Court tube stop, and easy access to the rest of the city from there. The street is quiet and since all the bedrooms are in the back, we had zero problem with any street noise. The flat itself is very comfortable, with our girls liking the two smaller bedrooms and my wife and I very comfortable in the rear master bedroom. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and spotless and I don’t think anyone would find anything to dislike about them. Kim gave us a through briefing on the flat, the neighbourhood, and suggestions of things to do in London. The flat comes with books of maps and suggestions (Tube, bus lines, restaurants, and more) and Kim spent the time to orient us on the major items and lots of smaller suggestions. Nothing is complicated, but it was good to know exactly how to use the washer/dryer, the dishwasher, all the lights, etc. I could go on but that should give you the idea. It’s a great flat with absolutely wonderful hosts and we recommend it without reservation. We’ll stay there again if our travels bring us back to London.

Joshua, April 2017

Five star comfort in Chelsea neighborhood! Our hosts: Kim and Trish have thought of everything! To the soft blue motion light that helped me navigate the bedroom several times when Hubby was sleeping, to the heated towel racks, and the shoe horn that saved my life and my back several mornings. The books, manuals of all appliances, maps and restaurant menus made us well armed to tackle our corner of London! The flat is perfectly situated from 2 Tube stations, although it is still open for discussion which is closer! Kim was very accommodating to meet us two hours earlier than the usual check in time. He went over everything initially in the flat so we were quite comfortable. He even had great suggestions for things to do and see. The flat is in a cozy, family neighbourhood with great shops and restaurants just a couple of blocks away. Staying here was a great decision (thank you Nick!) and certainly was the basis of a fabulous trip. Thank you so much Trish and Kim!

Nicholas, May 2017

Our family can not say enough wonderful things about Trish and Kim's place. We were greeted by Kim on arrival and received a comprehensive review of the flat, complete with a refrigerator stocked with enough to get us through the first day. Short walk to the Underground. Very quiet neighbourhood. Amenities like grocery stores, restaurants in close proximity. Fully appointed kitchen. Bathrooms were wonderful. Very comfortable living space. Kim went above a beyond when we left some medicine in the refrigerator - he brought it to the hotel at the end of our trip (we went from London to Dublin, back to London for 2 nights). Awesome host!!! Awesome place!!! We will return!!!

Christine, June 2017

Great apartment. Extremely comfy and we loved it. The rooms are well organised and the beds are very comfortable to sleep in. The dining table is a big plus since we can have breakfast together without having to sit in a confined space in the kitchen like most apartments. Our daughters especially adored the 'sunroof' set up in their room since it let natural sunlight to enter the room at dawn. We definitely recommend it to anyone with kids who want to visit London and have a comfy place to return to after a hectic day of travelling.

Grace, June 2017

This flat is everything we were hoping it would be and so much more! The location was fabulous, a nice residential area and quiet at night. We were close to both bus and train service so it was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The flat was beautiful, beds were very comfy and the agency have thought of everything to make it feel like you are at home! They stocked the fridge with bread, milk, eggs, bacon, cheese. Added in some wine and beer and a few sodas. The cabinets were also stocked with jams, coffee, pasta, cooking supplies,we could have made a meal without ever going to the store. Kim is a fantastic host, we had a tour of the flat and he pointed out all the other wonderful features - Fully stocked kitchen (with nice dishes and nice wine glasses too), three bedrooms, laundry and a cute courtyard. They had everything - electric converters, hair dryers, q-tips, shampoo, if it is in your bathroom or medicine cabinet at home, Kim thought to put it in the flat! He was so personable too, our whole family enjoyed spending time with him and learning about London. When we get back to London, I hope we can stay there again! I will end with a quote from our 18 and 20 year old kids - "Dad, you really hit a home run in booking this place. This is awesome!"

Camilla, July 2017

Great location. Family friendly. The host is super kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there!

Weiwen Xu, July 2017

New and clean in a great location. Close enough to walk to some sights but far enough away from the crowds.

Maureen M, July 2017

Great place! We, my two sons (22 and 25) and I, stayed here for 5 days and it was perfect for us: spacious apartment, nice and quiet area, lot of shops and restaurants nearby and several buses and Northern Line taking you directly into the central parts of London. We appreciated most the comfortable beds, the living room area, the washing machine, the dishwasher, and the extra toilet :). The very nice and helpful host lives and work in the same house which was convenient. The apartment is below the ground floor which makes it a little bit dark, but it did not matter to us as we were out all days anyway.

Westminster holiday home

The place was brand new and in great condition. Had everything we needed for our stay. The location was quiet and nice. Regency Cafe is super close and serves a great breakfast. There is a small grocery, wine and liquor sales store, pub and Italian restaurant very close to get take away food. Buckingham Palace was about 15 minute walk away. Host instructions were great. I did wish there was one more fan for the third bedroom, we visited London when it was rather warm and the flat being on the third floor ( there is a lift right to the door) did get warm and stayed that way through the night. We live in Texas and are a little spoiled with our air conditioning. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Waterloo Holiday Home

Read the reviews closely. I did and was not surprised during our stay, but my family members that did not read the reviews were not prepared for the stairs and noise. We experienced warm temperatures and needed to have the windows open; the fans were critical to drown out the outside noise and provide a breeze. With that said, the flat had everything we needed and the multiple levels provided a sense of privacy between the generations. The bedding was super comfortable. The location was perfect for restaurants / take away locations, the underground, and a few sites.

Carole S, July 2017

Excellent location; excellent communication with the hostess. Extra half bath made it perfect for two Housemates. I'd stay there again.

This flat in Waterloo is in the perfect location, only a couple blocks from the train station, and easy walking to the river, theatres, and London Eye! The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is wonderful, and the bathrooms are modern! What a great spot to visit this beautiful city!

Short let London two bedroom home in Clerkenwell.

What an unexpected gem. Location A1 for access to transport and amenities- even a vista of St.Paul's gorgeous dome! Home is homely and well maintained. Attention to detail like good quality linen and comfortable bedding made the stay even more enjoyable. Communication was good and our queries all answered...they were extremely helpful. This apartment was far better than a hotel. Top notch! NB For summer there is heating but no cooling - we happened to come at the tail end of a London heatwave (yes they can occur) so took a few days to cool the apartment down.

Fantastic apartment. Just a few steps away from the Farringdon tube station. Very modern and spacious.

Matti L, July 2017

The apartment was very conveniently located, it was super easy to get around from the nearest tube station. The apartment itself is quite small and cosy but kitted out well, and a very pleasant place to stay for a couple of days. The neighbourhood is also safe and quiet. A word of warning for those who have difficulty with stairs, the apartment is on the second floor at the top of quite a narrow staircase and the building has no lift, but this is completely fine provided you are able. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Waterloo Holiday Home

Great place in a fantastic location. About 5 minute walk to either Waterloo or Southwark tube stations. Place was very clean and spacious, only issue was the amount of stairs but we soon got used to them There were no issues in finding the place or letting ourselves in. We did not see the host at all but they were easily accessible if needed. We did find the street to be quite noisy throughout the night with many restaurants open until early hours of the morning, trucks and regular police sirens but that's all to be expected in such a central location! (The London eye can be seen from the back door!) Would definitely stay here again.

I loved my stay! We had an issue with one of the shades in the room and The London Agent sent someone over the next day to fix it. The flat is in a great location, Oxford Circus is in walking distance and there's a lot of food choices around. Be aware that this flat is a one floor walk up just keep that in mind with luggage. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Short term let London Fitzrovia Studio Three

This place is just like how it was described and had enough space for me and 2 friends. Checking in and out was very easy and I was able to reach the host via email when needed. The area is lively, very hip and when it came to shopping, getting food, or walking around it was centrally located. I would definitely stay here again.

We arrive late evening due to flight delay. But the owner welcomed us quickly when I arrived. The house is cozy and all the facilities are equipped well. Although the hot water system met a little problem, the owner came and fixed it immediately. It is good experience overall.
